NTID Rules Updated

Diving Australia has updated the rules for the 2015 NTID competition. They have added a synchro competition to each level. It was felt that adding a synchro event to the NTID competition was a good addition for a few reasons including:

Being able to compete in more than 1 event at Nationals – making it more worthwhile
Allowing the divers to dive synchro – helping them for future events (as well as being fun)
Brings in teamwork skills
More variety in both training and competition

For Elite Junior State Championships Diving NSW will include all the NTID Events.
