Any child aspiring to learn graceful, precise movements or simply wanting to have fun doing flips, are welcome to join our new diving program. The program is specifically designed for beginners with little or no experience in the sport and it enables children to learn the fundamentals of an aesthetic sport, while providing the enjoyment and support of others learning at the same rate. The training sessions aim to introduce integral elements of diving, while creating a lively environment. Utilising dry land, the poolside and the diving boards, the athlete will acquire; aerial awareness, strength, skills and the confidence to bravely tackle new experiences. Following the beginner program, participants desiring to continue in the sport, will be provided information on the current diving clubs, where they can progress their skills further. The program allows children to learn correct techniques and form & gain experience prior to joining clubs with mixed ages and skill stages.
