Coaches Q & A

We are excited to bring you a unique opportunity to connect with our special guest Canadian National Team Coach, Arturo Miranda, NSWIS and Australian National Coach, Chava Sobrino and NSWIS Coach, Joel Rodriguez in a Q & A Forum. They have all been Olympic athletes and/or coaches and have amazing insights into the sport of diving.

Chava and Joel will lead off asking Arturo a series of questions and then participants will have the chance to ask questions as well.

You will be learning from some of the best and most experienced coaches in the world.

Special Guest:

Arturo Miranda: National Team Coach, Canada.

Athlete: 2006 Commonwealth Games, Gold medallist, 2007 FINA World Championships, Silver medallist and 2008 FINA World Cup, Bronze medallist as well as a Synchro partner of Alexandre Despatie and 2008 Olympian.

Coach: In 2009, he won the Petro-Canada Coaching Excellence Award after coaching Despatie, helping him win two bronze medals at the FINA World Aquatics Championships in Rome that year. 2012 London Olympic Games Coach.
