The first session will be held on Monday 4th May at 6.00pm – Thomas Rickards

Learning to twist – A guide to teaching front twisting from front 102 to 5132d

Learning the rip entry – How divers achieve a no splash rip entry

Coaches – you can use this workshop (and the next one with Chava) as professional development to maintain your Level 1 accreditation

Athletes, parents, officials, volunteers – for your interest and welcome to participate.
