Diving NSW is looking forward to you coming along to our 2nd Interclub. 

Guidelines:

    Choose one board to compete (1M, 3M, or Platform)
    Synchonised event will not be included

Warm up and competition times for each event are approximate and may change. Some events will be combined age groups.

Diving NSW will be complying with all COVID – 19 safety measures, including following the current public health orders.

There will be no general warm up. Each event will be given approximately 30 minutes training prior to the event starting as a warm up as follows: 

9.00 - 9.45 General Warm Up

9.45 - 10.00am - Events 1, 2 & 3

10.00am Competition Start - Events 1, 2 & 3

10.30 - 10.45 Warm Up - Event 4

10.45am Competition Start - Event 4

11.40 - 11.55 Warm Up - Event 5

11.55am Competition Start - Event 5

12.40 - 1.00 Warm Up - Event 6 & 7

1.00pm Competition Start - Events 6 & 7

2.20 - 2.40 Warm Up - Events 8

2.40pm Competition Start - Event 8

3.40 - 4.00 Warm Up - Events 9

4.00pm Competition Start - Event 9
