Help Shape the Future of Diving in NSW Are you a female diver aged 12–18 years? We want to hear from you! As part of the She Dives project, Diving NSW is establishing an Adolescent Female Focus Group to help us better understand what encourages girls to stay involved in diving and what barriers may lead them to leave the sport.

NSW Commonwealth Games Hall of Fame for Melissa Wu

Diving NSW was honoured to be part of the celebration as Melissa Wu was officially inducted into the NSW Commonwealth Games Hall of Fame. Recognised as Australia’s greatest-ever female diver, Melissa’s extraordinary career has inspired generations. Representing Australia at five Commonwealth Games and five Olympic Games, Melissa’s achievements include Olympic silver and bronze medals, along with an incredible five Commonwealth Games medals — including three gold.

Melissa Wu Appointed to the Board of Diving NSW

Diving NSW is proud to welcome Olympic medallist Melissa Wu to our Board! With an extraordinary career spanning over 15 years, Melissa is one of Australia’s most accomplished divers — a five-time Olympian, dual Olympic medallist, and Commonwealth Games gold medallist. Beyond her achievements in the pool, she is the co-founder and head coach at HrdKAW Strength, where she mentors athletes and champions high-performance development.

Vale Allen Bull

Vale Allen Bull 1.5.1938 - 26.7.2024 Allen was trampolinist and diver who turned to coaching after he completed his competition career. He coached at Auburn and Parramatta Diving Clubs as well as trampolining at Revesby and South Bankstown YMCA for over 50 years. He was very generous with his time and knowledge providing opportunities for many athletes enabling them to achieve at club, state, national and international level.
